Boarding and Services

If Only Farm offers full service boarding, training and grooming services.

Boarding

There are many pluses to boarding at If Only Farm: Excellent training, fun private and adult group lessons, great facilities, horse shows and jumping & dressage clinics at the farm, easy transport to off-farm events, great farrier at the farm weekly, and much more! 

Barn Board
  • Box stall with ribber mat and cleaned out by staff daily. 
  • Daily care and feeding includes hay and grain twice a day, plus any owner-supplied daily supplements or medications needed to keep your horse happy and healthy.
  • Daily turnout  (or nightly, depending on time of year) into individual paddock, alone or paired with a compatible horse. Blanketing, boots, etc will be taken care of by staff.


Pasture Board
  • Residing with several other compatible horses/ponies in large pasture. All turn-out pastures have a run-in shed and horses are fed free choice hay and grain twice a day. Blanketing, boots, flymasks, etc are to be maintained by owner or can be done by staff for a fee.

Horse Training

The trainers at If Only Farm have many years starting and training horses. Let us help you start your horse, solve problems or or take her to the next level! Training program at the Farm includes full board and working with and/or riding your horse five times a week - see our Fee Schedule for current training prices.  Please contact us for much more information and to discuss your training needs.

Grooming Services

Grooming services are available to any horse boarded at If Only Farm for an additional fee.
  • Clipping Ears, Face and Fetlock
  • Body Clipping
  • Mane Pulling
  • Braiding Mane, Tail
  • Bathing

Horse Showing 

If Only Farm has been taking riders and horses to Horse Shows for many years. We are happy to discuss your horse showing goals! Horse Showing services include:
  • Daily Care at Away Show - Stall Care, Feeding, Blanketing, Bandaging, Full Groom Services. Ring-Side Groom
  • Pack/Unpack for an Away Show - Stall & Tack Room Setup/Take Down
  • Training Rider at If Only Farm Fun Shows, and Shows off the Farm
  • Training Rider Nationals, Regionals, Final
  • Video at Shows or Lessons  (please set up in advance, includes a copy)
  • Laundry - Towels & Bandages etc
  • Horse Transportation
