Since 1979 If Only Farm has offered quality boarding, professional training for horse and rider, and has hosted hundreds of shows and clinics for riders of all ages. We are located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of central New York State, just ten minutes northeast of Ithaca, NY and the world class Cornell Veterinary School and Equine Hospital. If Only Farm is the proud home of the Ithaca College Equestrian Team. Our facility includes two indoor arenas, two outdoor rings, a cross-country course, two boarding barns with box stalls, and numerous turn-out paddocks and pastures.  Bill Lowe offers a wide range of farm and building services including scheduled and emergency horse transport, flat-bed service, welding, excavation, and horse facility consulting and construction.
